This is in support of our project to replace an expiring Root Certifying Authority (Root CA) certificate as previously announced. Customers connecting to any of the listed addresses who have NOT obtained a new user certificate after April 9, 2011 will be unable to connect using SSL after server certificate update on July 9, 2011.
Failure to install and enable the new user certificate in your software will result in the loss of encryption/decryption for the listed addresses.  You will be unable to connect to Information Exchange if a new user certificate has not been installed
DOCUMENTATION FOR OBTAINING A NEW CERTIFICATE CAN BE FOUND HERE
