The following is a list of diagrams that you can view to acquaint yourself with the various features of EDI Services and how they work together to solve your e-business needs. Just click on the name of the diagram you want to see. If you are new to EDI Services, we recommend you view these diagrams in the following sequence.

• The basic EDI concept: Electronically exchange data using standard formats--EDI data is just one example of the many types of data you can exchange using EDI Services.
   
• The Information Exchange commerce engine: Exchange virtually any type of electronic data with multiple trading partners across multiple platforms.
   
• Information Exchange--the heart of EDI Services: If you want to exchange electronic data with your trading partners, here is a typical scenario using various features of EDI Services.
   
• EDI Services and the Internet: If you use EDI Services and Information Exchange, but some of your trading partners do not, that's not a problem! You can be a sponsor for these other trading partners and exchange data with them using the Internet.
   
• EDI Services - interconnectivity and interoperability with other services: Using EDI Services, you can exchange transactions with trading partners using managed networks and with trading partners using  X.400 Services, SMTP, and the Advanced Network eXchange (ANX).
