Business Exchange Services provides the linkage that enables companies to extend their electronic trading relationships globally by addressing a company's business initiatives as well as servicing its technology needs.

Business Exchange Services utilizes the Internet and open standards to achieve an affordable document exchange solution, allowing your company to quickly implement electronic business relationships with customers, suppliers, and exchanges who may have various transport and data format requirements. Business Exchange Services supports the following transport protocols: SMTP (EDIINT AS1), HTTP (EDIINT AS2), HTTPS (EDIINT AS2), and FTP/S.

Supported data formats include:

  • Electronic data interchange (EDI) standards ANSI X12 and EDIFACT
  • eXtensible Markup Language (XML) formats cXML, xCBL, ebXML, RosettaNet, BizTalk, ICE
  • Proprietary formats (including other XML formats).
